What is Queer Hoodoo?

There is no Queer Hoodoo, you can hetro and still use this site.  You will see words like hetro (yes its offence, but we've been called worse). 

The vast majority of my network of rootworkers, are LGBTA+.  You don't have to be LGBTA+ to do rootwork, just happens a lot are. Working theory is people who are LGBTA+ normally grew up around grandmothers who told them always stir the pot clockwise, when folk falls on the floor company coming, and if you left palm itches, that hoodoo.  That is HOODOO, all those little saying grandma said.  

947 jars of herbs, roots, animal parts, and vinegars carefully combined into spells, is also hoodoo.  Hoodoo the magic absent the religion.  You can Baptist, Methodist, Jewish, Pagan, Buddhists, and do hoodoo.  I know one of each.

  Spending good part of my life doing rootwork, the Queer spells, mostly for Gay Men to hookup. turn a hetro man to gay, that's pretty much it.  Some books on working with Gay deities, or being a gay witch.  I have want, interest, or need in being gay pagen, it's just not for me.  I need to be able to get a job when my voice is 2 octave higher then my body, and dogs come running when I speak.  I need to get promotion when I come out as transgender cause those shots not cheap.  I need to shut down my biggot neighbors and feel safe in my home. 

I need to know that there are others out there who think, and feel, the way I do.
